We understand that it can be too difficult to leave your home to go to the doctor's office. Let us bring comprehensive, compassionate Primary Care to the privacy of your own home.
IN HOME VISITS
On our first visit, you can expect a thorough medical and social history, medical exam, review of your current medications, and orders for in-home lab work, if necessary. Our providers will develope a care plan and coordinate home health services.
FOLLOW UP VISIT
We try to follow with our patients every 4-6 weeks either in-home or via telehealth. Any needs in-between visits can be addressed via telehealth. During a follow up visit, you and your provider will review labs, medications, and formulate a new plan of care with each visit.
House Calls KC has compiled an extensive team to help bring the most comprehensive care to your home. Thanks to our community partners, we are able to offer the following services in-home:
Imaging (x-rays, EKGs, ultrasounds, ECHOs)
Home Health (physical therapy, occupational therapy, wound care, skilled nursing, speech therapy)
Eye Exams through our preferred provider Bridge Hill Eye:

House Calls KC solely offers Primary Care services. We do not provide emergency or urgent care services. If you have an emergency or a need that cannot wait until the next business day, we urge you to go to your nearest emergency room or dial 911. Our team will follow with you after discharge but cannot offer services during your hospital stay.
Please call our office to book your appointment or send a request via the patient portal or via our website. Our office staff works diligently to answer all calls during business hours but, due to a growing call volume, you may be asked to leave a message. Our wonderful staff will work hard to return your call within 1 business day!
We ask that you please contact our office at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel your visit.
A no-show fee of $50 will be charged to all same day in-home cancellations or no-shows as our providers do their best to commute to each patient in a timely manner. As such, our providers are only able to see a limited number of patients in-home per day. Prompt cancellation will allow us to fill that spot for another patient in need.
